This position can support a hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days being performed remotely and with onsite duties being conducted at the client site located in Arlington, VA. The Program Manager with 10+ years of experience will provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff; provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues; consult with client to define need or problem; supervise studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions to a DHS Agency. The Program Manager is expected to provide hands-on leadership of a team of analysts and subject matter experts to design, draft, and present the recommendations to Agency leadership.
